Miss Ernestine Spruill was born on December 22nd, 1931 in Johnston County to the late Viola Atkinson. On Friday, July 19th, 2024, in her home, she transitioned to be with the Lord.
Known in the North End Community as Miss Vivian, she loved, helped and cared for others. She enjoyed her friends and family and was well-known and respected by many. She was known for keeping it real and didn’t bite her tongue!!
She is preceded in death by daughters Jean Robinson, Justine Atkinson, and Vivian Vanessa Atkinson.
Those left to cherish her loving and precious memoires are her son, Leonard Daniels, grandchildren, Sequelia Scott (David), Michelle Scott (Marshall), Tonya Atkinson, Nicole Campbell (Brent), Joshua Atkinson, Emanuel Pigford, IV, a host of great and great, great grandchildren, special great grandchildren Amir, Kishonna (Bootay), Alexus J (her Lil Ole Lady) as she called her, nieces and nephews. One special nephew, Mr. Jerry Hinnant, he resided with her and who was with her through it all. We love you and appreciate you for all you’ve done.
