Jahlil Deneil Teachey

Jahleil Deneil Teachey, lovingly known as “Juice” and “TJ”, son of Renita Wynn and Fabian Teachey, was born in Goldsboro, North Carolina on April 18, 2001. He departed his earthly life on Saturday, November 3, 2018. He was a student at Wayne Academy School in Goldsboro, NC.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his parents, Renita Wynn and Fabian Teachey; brothers, Reginald Wynn, Jaivian Teachey, and Daquan Stevens; sister, Tyasia Teachey; nephew, Jaylen Wynn; grandparents, Willie Wynn (deceased) Patricia and (Derek Brown) Pauline Teachey (John Woodard) great grandmothers, Mrs. Bernice Kornegay; Mrs. Normia Lee Teachey; aunts Terrie Wynn, Shenita Wynn; uncles, Maurice Kornegay and Brandon Teachey (deceased) Best friends DeAndre Blair, Cormeiga Winbush, Daveon Jones, TyJon Langston, ShyNira Coley, Shyonti Coley, Khari Anderson and special friend Nakia Ingram; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

Jahlil was an amazing young man, who loved spending time with his family and friends. We will truly miss Jahlil and his genuine spirit. Although we loved him so much, we know that God loved him best. We also know that he will continue to share that genuine spirit with his grandfather, Willie Bill Wynn and big brother Shyeem Raiford as well as his grandmothers, grandfathers, aunts, uncles, and cousins that preceded them in death.

The family will be receiving friends at their residence, 211 Banks Ave. located in Goldsboro, NC. Funeral arrangements are listed under the Service Details.
