James E. Kornegay, Sr., 72 of Pitt County, NC passed away on Wednesday, June 2, 2021. At the request of the Kornegay Family, Private Services have been rendered due to COVID-19,as well  as to respect the wishes of his bereaved family. On behalf of the Kornegay & all extended family, they would like to thank everyone for all the calls/texts, cards, food, acknowledgements, and all love shown during the passing of Mr. James E.
