James Eddie Williams, Jr. was born to the late James Eddie Williams, Sr. and Alma Crawford Williams. James departed this earthly life on January 5, 2017 in Goldsboro, NC.

James received his education in the Wayne County Public Schools and Job Corp.

James was a hard worker and was employed for many years at Petalos Door Factory and Carolina Turkey. His favorite pastime was watching TV. He kept to himself; but loved to talk politics and sports. Some of his favorite teams were the Duke Blue Devils and the Indianapolis Colts.

He leaves to mourn and cherish his precious memories his mother Alma Crawford Williams; four sisters Dorothy Murrough and Maxine Story both o Manhattan, NY, Edna Boyd (Herbert) of Roanoke, VA and Diane Beckwith (Wade) of Dayton, OH; two brothers Aaron Williams and Kenneth Williams (Tina) both of Goldsboro, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
