Mrs. Julia B. Dunn age 76, of 1164 71st School Rd. Fayetteville, N.C. departed her earthly life on Monday April 18, 2016 at Carillon Assisted Living in Fayetteville, NC.

Julia was born March 8, 1940 in Beaufort County NC to the late Robert and Annie Barnes.

She received her education in the public school system of Wayne and Beaufort County.

Mrs. Julia was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Dunn and daughter Sharon Dunn.

Mrs. Julia leaves to cherish her loving and precious memories to her son Thomas “Pedro” (Barbara) Dunn of Goldsboro, her three daughters Lisa (Robert) Flowers of Jesup, Georgia, Juliet Broadie and Deanna (Leroy) Goal all of Fayetteville, NC; her eleven grandchildren; twenty nine great-grandchildren; four great, great, great-grandchildren; her two sisters Reverend Annie (James) Whitley, Olivia Patterson; three brothers Reverend Samuel (Belinda) Barnes, Robert also known as “POP” (Charlotte) Barnes, Ronald (Ronnie) Barnes; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
