Mr. Steve Peterson, age 52, lovingly known by his family and friends as “Stevie,” of 602 West Holly Street, Goldsboro, NC, departed his earthly life on Thursday, February 11, 2016, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro, NC.

 Steve was born in Sampson County on August 12, 1963. He was born to Mr. Willie Ray Peterson and Mrs. Margaret Sampson-Peterson.

 He received his education in the public School System of Sampson County. Steve never met a stranger, he was loved by all that crossed his path.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Anthony Ray Peterson.

 Mr. Peterson leaves to cherish his loving and precious memories to: his sisters, Martha Toye and Michelle Evans and her husband, Scott; his brother, Donald Peterson, his foster mother, Gloria Robellor; his two foster sisters, Regina Triche’ and Lindy Morrison (Tony); his two foster brothers, Weathers Richardson and Reginal Richardson; his family special friend, Carlena Hunt; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
