Vance Perkins III

Vance Perkins III, aka "Bro" was born September 4, 1950 in Seven Springs, NC. He departed this life on February 2, 2022. He was proceeded in death by his parents, Vance and Isabelle Perkins. He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife and best friend Estella Perkins of the home, two sons; Vance Best of Durham, NC and Carlos Best (Tanga) of Durham, NC, brothers; Carl Perkins of Dudley, NC and Luther Perkins (Shirley) of Mt. Olive, NC, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
